I ended up needing to use the warranty on my heater, and to be fair, they did eventually get everything sorted out. It wasn’t like they ignored me completely or refused to help, but the process was slower than I was expecting. I’d send a message and then it would take a few days to hear back, so I started wondering if I needed to check in again. I ended up following up twice before things really moved along. In the end, the warranty help worked, which is the main thing, but it just felt like it required more effort and waiting on my part than it probably should have.

I’ve been using it for about a week now, and the room definitely smells less dusty. I’ve also noticed I’m not waking up with a stuffy nose like I usually do. It’s still early, but so far I’m happy with it and would probably recommend giving it a try.

I was hoping to feel better about using this, but I’m disappointed. The tip-over shutoff did work like it’s supposed to, which was good, but the cord got weirdly hot after a while and that made me really nervous. I don’t feel comfortable leaving it plugged in for long...

The heater does the job fine enough, but the plastic shell feels flimsy and the buttons wiggle around a bit. For what it cost, I was expecting it to feel more solid. Not really sure how long it’s gonna hold up.

I wasn’t happy with the overall experience. Anytime I had an issue, it felt like I was just being passed around instead of actually getting help. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

For some reason, this works well in my bedroom, but it doesn’t seem to do much in the living room. It’s fine for a smaller space, just not great if you’re expecting it to handle a bigger area.

I bought this thinking I’d be able to lug it around the house without much hassle, but nope, this clunky little thing had other plans. It’s not a total disaster or anything, but the size and weird handle setup make it annoying to move, especially when stairs are involved.

Once you finally get the big awkward lump where you want it, it heats fine. But portability was the whole reason I gave it a shot, and for me it’s more of a “park it in one room and leave it there” kind of deal...

I ordered from Edenpure and, to be fair, the delivery showed up around the time they said it would. So I can’t really complain about the shipping speed itself.

The problem was the box came beat up on one side, with some of the tape already coming loose. I get that stuff happens in transit, but it’s annoying how companies always seem to have these little policy loopholes where damaged packaging doesn’t really count unless the item inside is actually broken.

Luckily, the item still worked fine, so I’m not making a huge deal out of it. But opening a half-crushed box and just hoping everything is okay isn’t exactly a great experience. Packaging could definitely be better.

I’ve been using this instead of my old heater, and it really does seem to use less power. My last one made the meter feel like it was running a marathon, especially in the evenings when I’m sitting on the couch with tea and the dog stealing half the blanket. This one keeps the room comfortable without making me worry as much about the bill, so I’m happy with it

I had to return my heater i was preparing myself for the whole dramatic customer service saga. You know, endless emails, waiting forever, the refund disappearing into the void. But surprisingly, it all went smoothly. Customer service got back to me within a day, and my refund showed up about a week later. The only annoying part was that return shipping could’ve been cheaper, but overall, it was way less painful than I expected...

the heater does the job, but the noise is annoying. i got it for my bedroom, and there’s this steady fan sound that makes it hard to fall asleep. it’s not insanely loud or anything, but it’s definitely noticeable through the night. for the price, i really thought it would be quieter. kind of a letdown

I set this thing to 70, and it heats the room like it’s aiming for 80. What a little liar. Definitely not okay, and frustrating to deal with.

I've had this thing for years now, and somehow it's still working great. I don't even remember when I first got it, but it's just been one of those things that keeps doing what it's supposed to.

I ordered from edenpure.com because I figured the higher price must mean better quality. Not really. The heater works fine, I guess, but it doesn’t feel much different from cheaper ones I’ve owned before.
For what I paid, I expected more. More heat, sturdier build, something. Then shipping and the final total made it sting even more. I wouldn’t buy it again at this price.
